Negative latencies: I have used the SteelSeries Ikari as the baseline hence it is 0ms. Anything else at 0ms means it has the same click latency as Ikari. Anything in negative numbers means it is faster than the Ikari by that amount.
Currently the only way to benchmark is comparatively, since an absolute minimum is not known. (Please give it some thought.)

Some time ago I became very interested in click latency, so I started following and digging through numerous forum threads, mousing blogs and mouse review pages. I have been making a list for myself and have been very particular in keeping the list accurate and up to date. I went through with it in order to collect information for my own self, but I think it will be useful to others too. If anyone spots a possible correction, please post here so we can verify and maintain this list.

I will be updating this list whenever there is something to be updated.
Almost all of these results are at 1000Hz polling rate. I have also tried to mention the best firmware versions wherever I could.

Some links to KeyResponse PK for 'bump testing':
Latest release here (direct link)
Official webpage (scroll down the page)
Last version with old interface (without timer, easier to use)

Please note that the majority of figures produced on this sheet are via wiring the switches and using a utility to measure input.

Bump testing is for those that would like an alternative involving less work. Some would argue it is less accurate (and it can be), though when done correctly, strictly and with a big enough sample size, the results come in the same ballpark as wiring up the switches.

Note to Mods: If this thread crosses any rules, please PM me before modifying/deleting anything. I will do the requested changes myself; it was a lot of work to do this. Thanks.

If required, maybe this thread should be a sticky so it can help more members.

I am looking for some verifications and hoping someone can help:

# Why is the Roccat Savu fw1.18 and 1.20 the best? Was it improved tracking? What is the click latency on these?

# I was corrected that all SteelSeries Kinzu v1 releases have good click latency. Need latency numbers from other releases apart from P/N:62010.

# The Logitech G402 and G303 have new firmware that has made them slower. Need to verify this and the firmware version number.

# The click latency of SteelSeries Rival 100 (yes, again) and firmware version number.

# Delay between left and right click on DM1 Pro S and Nixeus Revel?

I want to add click latency of:

SteelSeries Rival (on fw newer than 1.2.0.0)

SteelSeries Rival 300

SteelSeries Sensei / Sensei Raw

Logitech G502

Finalmouse Tournament Pro

Finalmouse Scream One

Roccat Kone Pure Optical (with fw number)

Roccat Kone Pure Military (on fw newer than 1.10)

Genius GX Scorpion M6-600, M6-400

Help me out, OCN members!

My WMO at 1000hz is ~8ms slower than my KPM FW1.11. Give or take an ms.

It's probably exactly the same as fw1.10.

Also my abyssus v2 is ~approximately~ halfway between the WMO 1000hz and the KPM fw1.11.

Also look into adding a table instead of plain text.
That would do as well. We could still adjust figures into the list. For now I'll take anything and everything in regards to the missing info.

Maybe go to town and write the sensor it uses, switch types, cord, dpi settings, polling rates, weight, etc. Would be cool to have a comprehensive mouse list with every little detail similar to something like this.

I initially thought of it but that would be outside its scope. Not to mention I'd never be able to finish it lol

hmm I had actually never even looked into this mouse. How bad is the lod? We talking like fnatic flick bad or even worse? Like the look of the shape and for 30$ why not

Meh, not gonna bother with correcting a bunch of stuff. It is what it is.

I will share this since it was something I was looking into tonight.

These Dexin mice have the adjustable debounce feature:

Minimum=0ms Max=32ms:
Sentinel Advance I & II
Inferno
Reaper
Havoc
Black (Excluding V2)
Black Element

Minimum=12ms Maximum=36ms:
Theron
Level 10M (Not 2016 version)

To be clear though the values I stated above are what they are "intended" internally to do. Well, except the Theron. That gains temporary amnesia after a firmware update.

I'd go into the current lineup of Dexin mice that now have the minimum set to 4ms. However I do not have them or have looked at them yet. I plan on buying the Ventus R, so when that happens I'll bother with it.

Do you know if there's only 1 version of firmware or more?

I've seen some guys here like the Kinzu v1, but doesn't the inherent accel issue bother any of you?

Hey man, it would benefit all of us if you bothered.

the driver flashes the firmware, the v1 uses a unique driver therefore all v1 firmware has to be the same. In regard to liking the mouse though, the accel is not on the 400CPI step and most of us (I think it is only myself, Alya, and qsxcv used it for a short time) use it for the shape/weight. The sensor is made by the same company as the WMO, IO, and IE, sensor is also 9375 FPS which is better than even a 3310.
