Sorry to tell you this but I have heard a lot of complaints about the power supply you are mentioning that you have
Kentek.
According to cooler master web site " http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/"
You have 448 Watts load according to your configuration:
amd fx 9590 black edtion 4.7 ghz
corsair h115i liquid cooling
corsair vegeance pro 16gb 2400mhz (set at 1866) 2x 8gb
psu 1000watt kentec
asus v crooshair formula z
intel ssd 480 hard drive
win 10 pro 64 bit
msi gtx 1070 windforce 8 gb (oc)

With 600 Watts from a real power supply like Corsair, Thermaltake, Cooler Master or EVGA your system will be more than happy
But you know how we are sometimes we want to add some more things to our systems I recommend you to buy a 750 Watts Power Supply
From one of the mentioned makes.

All of those brands have mediocre or worse PSU´s so thats not really all that helpful advice
Name models and series dont just name a brand as that might end up being pseudo advice.

Last
Why all online PSU calculators are wrong and is total bogus
