Has anyone tried the new Fast Sync?

I just tried this out on BF4 and Overwatch, and I'm seriously impressed. I thought it was just going to be another gimmicky feature that has major drawbacks, but it's amazing! It looks exactly like v-sync on, minus the horrible input lag. Absolutely no tearing and everything looks super smooth and extremely responsive. There is still a tiny lag difference between fast sync on and off, but it's negligible.

From my understanding, the only drawbacks are that it doesn't work if you fall below your frame rate. You have to maintain an FPS above your refresh rate or it won't work properly. This is amazing new feature for competitive online gamers that like to turn everything down to get 200+ fps. It's also only currently supported on Pascal, but it's said to be coming to older cards soon.

My only really issue with it right now is that it's only supported in single card setups. That means for anyone that has a GTX 1080 or Titan XP, it's probably amazing... but not for me with my two 1070s. frown.gif
