Building a budget system with a Q6600 chip... Most of the parts have either been given/donated to me or removed from some older systems. I will post details of the build below.
Recent issues- the Dell/Intel OE board I've been attempting to use doesn't have the adequate space I need to hold a decent sized graphics card (atleast not the one I currently have). There are also some capacitors that get in the way. Its just not feasible for what I'm looking to do.

So I've been considering getting a used motherboard for the Q6600 and would like you guys opinion on which you think I should get. The parameters for my search have included:

1) CHEAP - Would like to stay around $50-$75 used. This is a budget build consisting of mostly parts that were given to me including the CPU (I have an entire Dell Optiplex 775 that was donated) I will list the available boards I have found for it (used) for under that price point.

2) SIZE/GPU features - ATX or micro as long as it will be able to utilize large GPU's without fitment issues

3) OVERCLOCKING - I definitely plan to overclock the hell out of this chip. Would like to get the most out of it I can but would be happy at 4.0Ghz. (I plan on water cooling with an AIO.)

4) NOT really looking to go SLI or crossfire but if the board you suggest has that capability, thats fine too.

Optional Features- would like to upgrade to DDR3 if I could. (Is that even possible?)

Current Mobo's I've been considering:
ASUS TeK - P5N-D Socket 775- INTEL
Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P, LGA 775
ASUS P5N-T Deluxe
MSI MS-7395 VER1.0 P35 Neo3-F
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L Intel P35 Express
Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R LGA775
Biostar Mother Board TP45E Combo Support Intel Socket 775 ATX Form
Asus P5N-T Deluxe AiLifestyle Stack Cool 2
Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Gigabyte GA-EP43T-S3L DDR3 Intel P43 LGA 775 - (Yes, this one has DDR3 and is the one I'm leaning towards)

HELP ME PICK A MOTHERBOARD! Which would you choose and why/why not?

Thanks in advance for your help!
