Fans for Rad & Case

Hello guys

im upgrading my case to the Phanteks Evolv ATX Tempered Glass edition and i also seek to update my fans

For the exhaust fan i am looking at the Thermaltake Riing 14 RGB and for my radiator i'm looking at the new Corsair ML Fans or maybe the Riing 14 RGB too

Also i noticed that Riing and the Corsair ML ones are not PWM? would that be an issue?

What are your thoughts? I kinda looking for a pair to replace the current stock ones, they are very loud

(please, no noctua recommendations, those fan colors are just bad even the black ones!!)

You are going to be very hard pressed to "upgrade" the fans in that case since the included fans are top notch for the application. The Tt Riing is a downgrade, and the ML140 is a sidegrade - it can produce higher cfm, but at the expense of more noise simply because it is capable of higher rpm.

The F140SP is a fan that many use for their case fan upgrades in other cases. If they are "very loud", I have to question what you are doing in terms of fan control. The F140SP can idle comfortably at 500 rpm with essentially no audible sound outside the case, and typically stay very quiet below 1000 rpm. If they are getting "very loud", it may be that your fan curve is too aggressive.

Yes i have a custom curve, its also very annoying that sometimes they go BBBBBRRRRRRR slow down quiet BBRRRRRR slow down quiet again, sometimes they do that, might be the fan curve yes, i will upload a screenshot as soon as i get back home.

What about the Eloops https://www.amazon.co.uk/Noiseblocker-Nb-eloop-Fan-B14-ps-ITR-B14-PS/dp/B0149M97NU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1470835241&sr=8-2&keywords=nb+eloops worth the price tag of around 60 euro including shipping for 2 fans?
