The # in stock is dropping as I type lol

https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-GeForce-Turbo-Graphic-TURBO-GTX1080-8G/dp/B01HDUVJ2M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1470961121&sr=8-1&keywords=asus+1080+turbo

Review for this exact card (Amazon lumps them all together so go with NewEgg):

P.S. yes I picked one up. At that price how could you not lol.

When I was debating picking this up (because it's rather plain and doesn't have exotic cooling or boost I was originally looking for), the reviews seemed to indicate despite that it still overclocks decently, and then I looked at the dimensions and realized because it's like the reference it's not as large as say an AIB with a 2 or 3 fan setup so it's more likely to fit in your case wink.gif.

Bummer, Amazon's stock is out. Congrats to those who got in before they were gone. Next cheapest is now $739.99 by a 3rd party store. Bleh. And the price will drop down again once more come in stock, just not sure when that will be...

Keep in mind, this is not a reference PCB. You will not be able to get a full cover waterblock for this card.

According to the Heaven benchmark in the top right corner, it was showing 82 max. I haven't adjusted the fan profiles at all and I think they prioritize sound over temps\performance wink.gif. It's pretty quiet. But tomorrow I'll play around with the fan curve and see where the best bang for the buck is wink.gif.

Ok this thing is awesome. I d/l MSI Afterburner 4.3 beta and played around with it. All I did was increase the fan curve speed between to 80-100% depending on temp (which on this thing is not really that bad) and was able to up the core +235Mhz, haven't even touched the voltages or memory yet!

Here's the basic OC'd results:

It appears to be boosting to 2138 if you can believe Heaven's info (top right corner)...
