Samsung Magician problem

Samsung Magician used to run without problems but lately every time I try to run it (automatically at startup or manually) I get an error message that "Magician has encountered an error and cannot continue. Press 'OK' to launch the application again or 'Cancel' to quit the application." I am using latest version 4.9.7 and running with administrator rights. Any ideas?

Have you already tried uninstalled the Magician software and reinstalling it?

Yes, I did several times with no luck.

I figured you probably tried that already. Not sure what's going on. Post back once you've figured it out.

If I remove the Ethernet card (Killer E2200/E2400) drivers and there is no internet access then Magician runs with no problem. I am not sure if the problem is the Ethernet drivers or an internet issue.
