Looking for advice and help on a very cheap build ($300)

Hey guys, I'm looking to help my buddy build a gaming PC that will be used almost exclusively for League of Legends, its basically all he plays besides a little over watch here and there.

Only problem is hes tight on cash, I think I could talk him into spending around 500 but he would be really happy if I could get something put together for closer to 300, he wont needs windows or a monitor.

I'm thinking I might have to search for some used parts but any advice or recommended builds would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys!

Any Skylake iGPU will be able to play LoL with maxed settings and average around 85 fps. Just pair the processor with 8 GB DDR4-3000 RAM and you'll be fine. If they won't have much else on the computer, a small SSD would be perfect for Windows, League, and whatever voice chat applications they use.

I decided to take the time to pick out some parts since work is slow.
