With all of this i still have lower fps in games like witcher3 because of the 1080 vs titan xp. BUT I DONT have anymore Stutters or framedrop, its seem framedrop was a ddr3 1600mhz problem, and stuttering was a HDD Wd black problem and with SSD no more stuttering. In the last 10 years i was not able to play Elder scrolls iv Oblivion with no stuttering at MAXimum graphics, the problem of stuttering disappeared at 100% when game is installed in SSD. I made several tests before posting. Believe it or not HDD can cause stuttering in some games, in open world games like oblivion and witcher, but the stuttering can be 100% fixed if you use a SSD drive instead.
Its funny enough, i enjoy more my games in stability with my new system with the 1080 gtx than my old system with titanxp LoL, framerate are more stable and with vsync off, tearing are very very small , with my old system i could not live with it even with the titanx, probably stuttering and framedrop got my tearing problem worst.
Im happy now, im waiting to buy a Titan Volta it could be long
Glad your happy and got all your problems fixed

Here's a video from a person I trust:
That person you trust has latency problems to.
You see him get it with alt-tabbing, running borderless fixes that huge spike.
Then he says (but not even shows) that gaming for an hour was ok with no more big spikes yet when he is saying that (and not even playing a game yet) you see his interrupt go over 400us within 2minutes... wonder how it looked like after that 1 hour of gaming, offcourse he didnt show that......
Most if not all people with an Nividia card are affected.
Just some people dont notice it.
I dont notice it either but my Nvidia driver is still the biggest cause of latency by far.
People love to play CSGO on stupid high frame rates, well beyond there monitor can handle, why ? Because it reduces latency they say.
I find it wierd that people so called noticed reduced latency when upping frames from 144 to say 200 but they dont notice the added latency of Nvidia drivers wich are probaly higher then the reduced latency you get from upping FPS.
Yes, Nvidia driver latency is real.
Most people just dont notice it.
Dont worry though, even if Nvidia will ever get it fixed we then have the tcpip.sys driver to screw us over
For reference AMD drivers have such low latency that Latencymon cant even detect it most of the times.
Yes i own a PC with a Nvidia card (2 even) and 1 with an AMD card.
