Everyone thinks white hardware is a good idea except for people who owned white hardware at some point. Those who did know exactly what I mean.

I still want the completely translucent(buttons too) Diamondback Prototype. I only have a early august-september 2004 factory sample frown.gif

I have a few white Zowies (they are my favorite), a white IntelliMouse Optical, a white laptop, etc.

The designers have to make sure to choose the right plastic and coatings when making white products. It's much easier and cheaper to make black products.

They did the exact same thing me and to at least one other forum member. I received 2 G403 and 2 G Pros because I wasn't able to cancel the order. I send 2 G403 and 1 G Pro back. I got a refund for the 2x with discounts even though I clearly explained which ones I would return. I never got a refund for the third mouse I sent back. Someone at logitech is investigating ....

Yea and I even marked on the original billing that it was about that order. This is not right it feels like robbing money from people.

I called and explained the situation and was I was actually abit hot headed so it should be clear what happend and hope they will fix it,

Meanwhile I will keep enjoying this mouse, I actually really like it even more after the paracord mod.

After waiting 2 weeks for them to reply to my support ticket, a rep claims that I can't send the product back for a refund.

Where do you live? If you live in a reasonable country, you're legally entitled to a refund if you contact them within a certain time period, even if their policies say otherwise.

I really like holding the G Pro, I feel confident, fast and precise with it. I only played Overwatch with it, mostly as McCree where good aim is required. I had good games, even great games. Then I after so many hours of G Pro I switched back to the KPM, which I got the same day I got the G Pro. I basically just ordered the KPM for fun because it was so cheap and I always wanted to try it. And I instantly had a magical game. I can't explain it, maybe it is the shape, the mouse feet or the sensor but I simply perform on a higher level on the KPM. I have insane games with it and never have games where I perform bad.

The KPM does not look as good as the G Pro, it has the worse sensor and it is out of production. But I am gonna use it over the G Pro as long as it works.

As someone who went from 518 -> G400s -> EC2 -> FKs (OG FK, FK1, FK2, ZA12) --> to the KPM--the KPM became the most usable for my personal needs and hands.

In fact, I'm embarrassed to admit but I bought 3 of them in all and have one still in its new box.

The only gripe are the thin and awkward mouse 4/mouse 5 buttons which I utilize heavily in Overwatch (Melee/Jump).

This led me to looking into a new mouse and eventually I found the G303. Love it so far and after using the G Pro for a week, still on the G303.

My G pro was direct from Logitech so I can't say anything about the Amazon batches; however, switches were too stiff for me and the mouse feet were too coarse even on my QcK heavy.

I would imagine the G pro would become something else if someone modded some custom mouse feet on it. I would totally revisit the G Pro without a doubt if there were such options.
