Live chat didn't work for me but i suggest you try that first, find that "i still need help" button on their support page. I also used:

Try turning off Adblock

Did that and also used internet explorer. Always a blank page. I think the problem is on the url it changes to /e_de/ when i click support. If i manually change it to /en_gb/ it shows the page.

When you guys say the middle click is stiff, are we talking G9 levels of stiffness or better/worse?
Never used a G9 but i have a fk2 and i can tell you it's as stiff.
Oh, then that's not bad at all. Well, not remotely as bad as the G9 anyway.

Fk2's scroll wheel click is regarded as stiff? What? Its not stiff at all IMO

I have the original yellow wheel one, don't know about the benq refresh but mine is pretty stiff.
At least compared to the wmo or mx310. (but to be fair, the wmo is ridiculously soft, you click it by turning the wheel lol).

If m3 is stiffer than the 303 then it's not usable in games IMO. If you are at risk of scrolling instead of clicking m3 due to the actuation force, you might as well unbind it. I found this to be the case with the 303. I can use it fine in Windows but because the scroll is so easy and the click so stiff, I often scroll instead of click in games.

The MX518 had a perfect scroll wheel, both mine are still going strong after 5 years and have been clicked hundreds of thousands of times and scrolled millions of times.

The button is stiff, but the wheel itself is grippy enough not to cause a scroll action when depressing for me.
