Sorry for your frustration, I know all too well the crazy import duties and fees as well as delays. I now ship everything to Blaine and drive the 15 mins to the border and pickup my gear. Feels good not having to pay insane duty fees as well
I'll definitely consider something like that for my next big shipment.
I never had problem before, but this time because it's aprox $5K worth of goods, they are super scrutinizing the Import
