GTX 980 TI SLI low GPU usage when G-Sync is disabled in Fallout 4

Hello folks, I'm curious and i would like to know what's really causing this.

I have weird problem with FO4, without G-Sync my framerate is around 75's and my GPU usages are low, and it feels somewhat choppy (or at least that's how i feel after playing with +100 FPS 144hz G-Sync for a long time), and when i enable G-Sync, GPU usage is maxing out suddenly and my framerate is jumping to 100-143 FPS.

Playing the game on 1440p maxed out, what's causing this?

When gsync is off(why you'd turn this off....I dunno) do you have regular vsync enabled in game or forced in the nvidia control panel?

Thanks this fixed.

Vsync was set to (on) in control panel, and it fixed the issue when turned off, i realized vsync is automatically turns on in control panel right after i enable g-sync, and i think i dont need vsync with g-sync, correct me if im wrong.

What other settings should i know about?

I never used vsync because of latency, when i activate the gsync nvidia automatically turns the vsync on.

Can someone tell me if i should disable the vsync in the control panel when g-sync is activated?
