What power supply for a dual-socket system?

I'm gathering parts for a dual-socket system that will eventually have a pair of E5 2630 v4's in it. No GPU, no overclocking. The system will be a new home ESXi server for game servers, VM experimentation, and the like.

I already have the motherboard in and it has not one, but two 8-pin power connections for the CPUs which I didn't even think about when planning parts. What PSU should I get? I shouldn't need much more than 250 watts but want something in the 400 - 500 watt range just to be safe. I need a standard ATX form-factor one.

Getting a PSU with two EPS plugs means you have to get at least a 650 watt
The EVGA SuperNova G2 650 watt has two EPS cables on it
