It seems to me the only one who fails at reading comprehension is you, since not only you failed to understand once but twice. You were replying to a post of mine and your reply had absolutely nothing to do at all with mine, hence the non sequitur, hence you also being an apologist.

https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/Titan_X_Pascal/24.html

There you have, stock GTX 1070 is comparable to an AIB GTX 980 Ti,faster than both Titan X and Fury X. But you just keep splitting hairs and being an apologist.

And i don't even need to post anything to prove that the 980 Ti was a better deal than both the Titan X and the Fury X. That's a fact.

It's time to abandon thread like your other buddy. redface.gif

BTW: Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti XtremeGaming 6GB by W1zzard, on Mar 31st, 2016

Just lol, literally just lol at you.

I remember FuryX costed the same as custom 980 Ti at launch if not more.

Meanwhile, FuryX still cost full price here because AMD didn't release anything to replace it.

I didn't even have a point to prove. You wanted me to post something and I posted exactly that.

lol ppl arguing over fury x
1070 beats it at every resolution, costs less, runs quieter on air, doesn't run into vram bottleneck, will run SLI on 550W PSU. All the value of Fury X comes from being a novelty: small form factor, hbm and reference clc. nothing more. as of its value as a gpu, it can beat 980Ti in one game by a hair. enough said.
But according to some, the 1070 is worse than intel HD because every single Pascal is unusable due to the widespread DPC latency that hasn't been fixed yet.

nVidia didn't even release any drivers to fix the problem wink.gif

Oh wow, you are one step ahead.

If you can get a good AIB 980ti for $70-100 less than 1070 than I'd say it's worth it. Otherwise no
post #76 of 96
lol take a random 1070 it's still gonna stutter less than amd cards (if at all). huzzug must've never seen fcat frametime comparsion between pascal and amd cards. I don't know about a person who picks on pascal while he's been living with microstutter his whole life thanks to amd.

I couldn't resist buying like a new 980Ti Kingpin or Lightning for the price of 1070. I've seen such deals around.

290 Crossfire is so bad that a 2Ghz 1060 beats 2x 1.2Ghz 290 in NFS for minimum framerates. The 1060 is only slightly slower in average framerates.

Both are tested on a 4k freesync monitor. I think I got better experience out of the 1060 biggrin.gif

LOL. That was a ridiculous comparison [11,520x2160]. Not only that, but the comparison consistent of two Nvidia TWIMTBP Sponsored titles. I haven't seen that much reaching in awhile, I take that back yes I have. Points have to be proven on OCN no matter the circumstances.

don't you know avg fps is the only thing that matters tongue.gif if the avg frames are higher then nothing else matters

here's an earthquake on Indian Ocean for comparison

here's 980 SLI

Guys I'm not kidding. We had one user who had to go back to a lesser card from a 1070 because of stutter and threads still popping up over on Geforce and OCN forums with users thinking that its a user error rather than NVIDIA selling them a card that was still not ready for market. I think the Pascal has to be a bigger money grab with cards like TitanXP that cost a small car but still run like a used 7970. Best of all, users can't do jack becoz, this isn't the 970 4GB.
