GTX 1060 - fps drops

Hi guys,

I'm experiencing some FPS drops in World of Tanks, from 115 fps to 14 fps. From time to time it drops randomly and stays there until restart and it's ok. Not sure if it's the game or the video card at fault. I will install other games and see if same thing happens.

Meanwhile, if someone has an ideea what is causing this, I'll appreciate some help.

Before I had a GTX660, no problems but lower setting though.
Now I have a GTX1060 Asus turbo. The temperature is not exceeding 70C, so it should not throttle. GPU load is way bellow 100%, so that's not a problem either.

I marked with yellow the game when it started causing problems. As it can be seen, huge power and frequency drops.
Maybe I should return it because WoT is my main game and if it's having problems in it, there is no point in keeping this card.
