Is this dangerous for my CPU?

Hey, I am trying to overclock an old computer I have so my friend can use it but I am pretty new to this. My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L with MB Intelligent Tweaker and here are my CPU-Z stats: http://imgur.com/W7z9XsI.
Should I go lower or is this a safe clock speed? Is it possible to go higher?

Nah, you're fine. Your board will flake out long before your CPU becomes a limiting factor. So long as you can keep it cool Core 2 Duos and Quads are good up to about 1.45v
