This is definitely a MUCH better shape than the 303,

HOWEVER, Ideally Vertical mouse is the only way to get rid of that wrist tightness after gaming..

I acknowledge that vertical may be the most comfortable when you are gripping something as a pointing device. However, for finger-tippers, we imitate the posture of not holding anything at all, i.e. resting your curled hand flat on the surface. This is the most natural, relaxed position that a pointing device can provide for the human hand.
