Custom 3D printing, exploring the possibilities

Hey guys, I'm starting to think about the possibility of offering a 3D printing service to modders. I would, on a case by case basis, design and print things you might need for your build/case mod.

This could range from custom pump mounts, reservoir mounts, hard drive or solid state racks, or anything you can possibly think of, within the limits of the printer. I could offer primed parts along with acetoned parts as extras.

**For any moderator seeing this, I am not offering this service, I am only seeking public opinion on feasibility, if I do ever off this, I know I will no longer be staff.**

Combs and a delid tool would be something I could offer as stock items. an IO shroud could be something I could do custom. A PSU shroud could be too big though.

Make PSU shrouds in sections that could be easily assembled, mayhap incorporating flat, plastic sheets that could be added after printing to fill in a field?

Not sure how that'd look, but def something I could eventually explore.

I like where your head is at...

You could engineer a method of interlocking consecutive "strips" of a psu shroud to overcome the 3D printers size limitation. Just print basically L-shaped "slices" of the shroud and then interlock then together. I envision it as something offering texture on those normally flat and barren spaces. You could conceivably make it look something like scales or some other repeating pattern.
