Use the email. It might take a while but you should get what you want in the end.

Well in this case its actually a bit fair. If they would make it easy to cancel preorder then many would abuse it.

Ah, land of freedom, freely preorder and cancelling. Meanwhile in logitech-forsaken country, G pro won't even come here officially.

I'll buy whichever the first, the 'leaked' sensei prism coming to this not-forsaken-by-SS-country, other interesting mouses, or G Pro price is coming down, so importing doesn't cost me an arm.

There's always some guy, but that doesn't mean a lot would abuse it. This is just bad customer service. 2/3 of the sites where I buy my hardware I can just cancel by pushing a button. The others I only buy from if my fav sites don't have what I require.
