[Solved] 6700k temps. Is it normal? Seems very odd. All help appreciated

Hi these are my aida 64 temps

I have a H100i V2, are these temperature variations normal in a 6700k or not because it seems really weird to me but I just wanted to ask before I start changing thermal paste.

Should I change paste or is it ok?

Need more information. What is all your specs and especially the case, OC?, and how is the AIO installed?

Phanteks P400. Ive made a special plastic thingie to prevent the air from circulating around the rad so it instead pulls from outside.
Front mounted rad. Issue happens with case front cover removed.
Noiseblocker loop fans.Issue happens regardless of fans.
Pump is mounted well and pressing on the pump doesnt change the temperatures so probably not a mounting issue.

1080 gpu.

6700k @ 4.2 GHz, also happens at stock

btw the time scale on those variations is a second or so

Sorry to bump this but are the temp variations normal or should i change paste

Sorry missed your response. That thingie you made, can you post a pic of it. I wonder if it is really hindering proper airflow instead of helping it?

But is it normal for the temperature to vary that much over such short of a timespan.

I've never encountered this before with a CPU without there being some sort of issue with the cooling... But alot of people report temperature instability with the 6xxx. But I don't know what sort of instability they mean.. High frequency like mine or long term. Anyway I dont wanna unnecessarily change my paste.

Try running it but just having the CPU box checked without any of the core boxes checked in the monitoring window, then could you post those results on here?
