I would like to present idea for small case with properly water-cooling system.
the idea came from passion to mini-itx form factor and discovery of watercooling on the way.
Currently awaiting last revision from production site(SFX final version)

After long debate decided to change to SFX power supply and improve side radiator space.
Now the case supports SFX power supply which is enough to drive today's powerful systems.
Change to SFX power supply allows to fit 60mm radiator either in Pull or Push setup.
Some minor vents design change in main and side panel

Power supply can be now mounted facing either radiator or storage cage:
Possibility to fit dual radiator setup:
Pump/res mounting brackets:
Vertical and horizontal brackets, height of horizontal bracket can be set easily to match motherboard components.
To summarise final build:
Side radiator (3x120mm)maximum dimensions:
Length : 415mm
Width: 135 mm
Thickness: 60 mm
It does fit such units as EKWB PREDATOR
Rear radiator (1x120mm) maximum dimensions:
Thickness : depends on cpu socket location
PUMP/RES avaiable dimmensions, pre-drill holes:
Easy acces to pump/res location and installations as brackets are removable.
For the Horizontal bracket:
Maximum height is 189mm or 208 mm(bracket mounted upside down)
Pre-drill holes for Laing DDC mounting - internal and externall ones
Pre-drill holes for DDC pumps with heatsing housing - 50mm spacing
It does fit all the Laing DDC pump variants, as well as heatsing options.
In terms of height it does fit such units as:

Here is the story:
Since may of 2015 I was trying to find solution how to get smallest possible case and fit of powerfull watercooling loop.
First few tries where done in blender but that's not the way to create anything in engineering
Than the scratch build came..
The orientation subject, Have tried the horizontal first as had some pcie flex cable extensions:
with horizontal graphics card and Psu behind it.
that idea suppose to have two radiator in horizontal positions - nightmare to install and no space to connect radiator to pump.
Than I have tried moving psu next to motherboard nad place HDD behind gpu:
Than Adding radiator :
Again similar problems with space for the pump and almost none for tubbing.
And very large in size too almost 30 cm
Wanted to keep space for high end gpus - wchich means 30 cm space .....
Then few tries on horizontal orientations, which one was quite nice, with HDD between horizotnally oriented PSU and pump
Nice thing was the high of the case - around 19cm
Very limited width for the side radiator. Difficult to get mounting points for almost anything.
Above concept was assuming usage of two separate radiators to get 360 total.
But than again, graphics card 30 cm plus PSU thicknes gives 40cm not to mention very small space eft for the HDD cables and anything.
That gave me idea to keep the length of the case and add some high to move PSU into vertical orientation and have the space for 360 radiator on the whole side
This also allows to have proper mountings for the rad as well as two SSD in the widnow....
And gives two options for rads, either 360 ora 120 on rear and 240 on side.
