Need help designing the perfect case....

Howdy all!

I am designing a computer case that will support full watercooling and need some help re-designing, tweaking, etc.

I've gone through many prototypes digitally, and my current was is just under 11 liters. It supports a mini itx card (roughly 180mm in length), a push pull oriented 240mm radiator (60mm thick), an sfx power supply, obviously a mini itx mobo, one pump, and one ssd.

As far as what I am looking for, I would love to hear feedback on how I can go smaller, and be able to support full lengths cards. I am all ears on any and all ideas, but if you aren't here to stay, then I'd rather you not comment. I am looking for experienced (or creative!) people who are willing to stick with me until the end.

Thank you and I hope to hear from all of you! Until then, have a great day!

Have you accounted for the thickness of the frame material? How are you going to connect those pieces together. The way the fans are pointed will your rad choked for air, unless you're not planning to add any side panels to it.

Yes I have accounted for the 1.5mm thickness. This is the framing. I have side panels that will be cut seperately. There will have grill holes on all sides except for the front. I am trying to go for a sleek design like the NCASE M1 or DAN A4-SFX. The Air will be exhausted out of the front case because I plan to have a gap between the front cover and the frame itself. I will attach a photo

Thanks!

I don't think that's going to be optimal for airflow. Have you considered doing a more of N1-esque layout with the rad below main compartment, airflow going from one side to the other? Would allow for longer graphics cards as well.
