Can you try running the tool with admin privileges?

My tool does not bypass any bios/driver limits. I pass the values directly to the Overdrive API. The API call might simply fail (no change at all) or the API restricts the values according to internal limits. Not all WattMan limits are strictly enforced (e.g. 5 MHz clock steps and minimum fan speed), but i did not test all settings. My memory gets unstable long before reaching the WattMan limit (2250 MHz for me), so i did not test past that with my tool.

Please report on your results.

If you have other monitoring software running with administrator privileges, WattTool also must be run with administrator privileges. Otherwise it does not have permission to access the synchronization mutex. If you start WattTool first or have no other monitoring tools running, you dont need administrator privileges.

Hi used admin and that worked i had wattman and gpu-z running at the same time your wattmon showed all the settings ok i tried to move the memory to 2110 and after hitting set it reverted back to 2100 which is the max wattman allows .
So i went into msconfig and turned wattman off and did a cold reboot opened your wattmon and it showed the settings i had used on wattman (which puzzled me )
i could move voltages up and down i didnt move then far as im not sure of the limits they worked ok, tried to move the memory to 2110 after hitting set it reverted back to the 2100 again. Not sure what to try next tbh as im sure the memory can be clocked more than the wattman limit of 2100 im guessing that it could be that the bios is locked
Any thoughts on this

max memory overclock is a powerplay setting in the video bios not a function of wattman. My max memory overclock is 2250 in the video bios. It wouldn't matter to raise that limit in my video bios as I'm not stable that high anyway. I don't think you can go over the video bios limit with this utility.

That's how it is and the reason why i disabled VRM monitoring on startup. You can try other monitoring tools like HWiNFO or GPU-Z.

As i mentioned above: "My tool does not bypass any bios/driver limits." Perhaps EMBD fits your needs.
