i5 2500k - 1.35v @4.3-@4.5 is not working at all. Crap CPU?

Hello all,
I am trying to OC my i5 2500k for the first time.
I was trying to get it working like in title. Lot of people have it working with these parameters but my is not standing up. It is freezeing with Windows loading.
Setting up everyting like in sticked tutorial here is not helping me.
My PC was working for 4 years with EFI OC from Asus. With Intel Burn Test it is showing 1.38v with 4.3Ghz and more than 80 degres. It might kill my PC?
I need OC because i've got GTX970.
I've got 750W StealthXStream, Akasa Venom, Thermaltake Dokker with fan on top, at the back and in front. Front pushing other taking hot air out of case.

I'm really sorry for my bad english, but I'm from Poland and I'm looking for the best help like this forum.

Thanks in advice.

What motherboard do you have?

What is your actual voltage according to CPU-Z?

80 degrees is high but still safe, especially since Intel Burn Test gets your temps to be MUCH higher than anything else ever will.

Yeah, so? Look at my sig rig. Never go by what other people are experiencing. You have to learn what your parts do.

Think about it. If you were to go by my sig rig, then you'd say, "So I need 1.42V for 4.5 GHz?" No, that's what my CPU needs with my motherboard and everything.

I choose 1.38 in EFI, with IBT i got around 72* and CPU-Z is showing me something like 1.3-1.36 and in idle 1.38? 4.3Ghz, and now im looking for best V with manual. Will change to offset when find best.
What you think about that? Which Vcore is most importnat, Bios, CPUz, HWmonitor?

Your actual voltage is the most important, so go by CPU-Z or HWMonitor. They are both made by CPUID and so they should both report the same voltage.

I don't like using Offset Mode because I get slightly better performance and stability using Manual Mode.

You can set your Load-Line Calibration to about High or Ultra High to reduce or eliminate that vDroop.

Also, for true tests of your 2500K's stability, Prime95's Blend test is best. Actually, the best is if you select Custom while Blend is selected and then type in about 80 to 85% of your installed memory. So let's say you have 16 GB. 16 x 1024 MB is 16,384. Multiply that by .80 to .85 and you got it.

By the way, it's UEFI. It means Unified Extensible Firmware Interface.

Do you mean 1.4V according CPU-Z (or even HWMonitor), or is that what you entered into the UEFI?

For me they are both same. CPU and that in UEFI. Why i cant go higher than 4.3 Ghz? :/
im not scared of my temperatures, but about VCore. I dont want go higher than 1.35 because i heard that my 2500k will die faster with higher than that.
