Logitech Gaming Software Problem

Hey guys i'm having an issue with my software

The logitech software doesnt work on my PC and it never has since i bought my g402 back in june. I found a workaround where i connect my g402 to my macbook and i configure the settings on that because the software works on it, and then i save it onto the onboard memory.

The problem im having is that the back side button binds to "Command + [" as its generic command. I cant use this in windows, as my pc just reads it as "[" and i cannot bind the two keys in any game whatsoever.

Anyone know what to do?

Setpoint is their original software for their older mice - so if you're using an older mouse you should download setpoint instead of logitech gaming software

For the g402 which you said is your model I see this page here:

It says LGS and also they have a firmware: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g402-hyperion-fury-fps-gaming-mouse#download

give those a shot.. can't really guarantee any of those make a difference - not sure why it's not working on your computer.. go to your uninstall/install software in the control panel and see if you do have setpoint installed and maybe you need to uninstall it
