Is my 960 bricked?

Thread Starter
Hi!
I've followed this tuto for OC my 960 http://www.overclock.net/t/1522651/disable-boost-and-bake-in-max-game-stable-clocks-for-maxwell
I've tested a few tweaks and all was fine whith games at 1557/ 2000 @ 1.275v when i noticed a few artifacts in Firestrike bench, so decided too lower a bit the values to 1544/ 1950 but after tweaking the bios, Nvflash it and reboot, my graphics drivers was gone...there is still display but as "standart VGA"
I've tried a few times to properly unistall drivers, DDU in safe mode and reinstall lastest drivers...but it's still "Standart VGA" no driver running at all.
Did i bricked this poor 960? the nv flash before driver issue went ok: no shutdown during it, ect,...
I nvflashed again last good know values (1557/ 2000) but nothing happend

And I have a big problem... i've accidentaly overwrite the stock BIOS in MBT... xD
So i even can't flash to stock.
Nothing work, what can I do?

Thanks in advance for help!

(my rig is in my description and this gpu is an MSI 960 4Gb Armor 2X)
(my actual bios)

I really suggest to never flash a VBIOS and to never OC a GPU. But putting that aside I would re-flash the VBIOS that came with it if you can find it and to possibly reinstalling windows.

If you can't flash it back see if you can put that VBIOS to stock values.

The stock bios don't work with an error at then end of nvflash

Press 'y' to confirm (any other key to abort):
The display may go *BLANK* on and off for up to 10 seconds or more during the update process depending on your display adapter and output device.

Identifying EEPROM...
EEPROM ID (EF,3012) : WBond W25X20A 2.7-3.6V 2048Kx1S, page

BCRT Error: Certificate 2.0 verification failed

ERROR: BIOS Cert 2.0 Verification Error, Update aborted.

So I manually entered stock values on the tuto bios and sucefully flash it but it's still the same...
I get ready the trash bin frown.gif

Maybe reinstall windows?

You should try the original, untouched bios, not the edited one with original values. As I said in another thread - you need to use the original nvflash, not the joedirt's one.
