But regardless, this didnt happen while I was on 2 monitors, had windows 10 all along for both. Will look into that though

As of right now lowest 40 degrees, highest 60 degrees.

With 1 game running its 50 degrees to 70.

With all my VMs running its 70 to 80 average

Some updates, I disabled 1 monitor and now its back to 2 monitor setup and the issue is still happening. Could it be my graphics settings? I played around a little with Nvidia control panel.

EDIT: Tried it with only ONE monitor and its still happening. now this puzzles me

Those temperatures look alright, but check the clock-speed of your CPU with CPU-Z.

Also, what drivers are you using? Maybe try and roll back.

I've heard that the recent 372.54 driver has caused some problems for people.

Which version would you recommend? I am indeed using the newest 372.54

My clock speeds are 4397mhz for my CPU. Is that right?

Just roll back one or two, if the problem persists it may not be a driver issue.

Try and remove your current drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller.

Yeah that clock-speed looks good, does it mostly stick to that during gaming?

Didn't notice it while gaming, I'm unsure of whats the previous ones that are good too. the 368 one? I just randomly update it when I feel like it.

Am I the only one that thinks this looks like network lag? The freezing, then the quick catch-up makes me think network issue.

The games may be exceeding your gpu vram or Nvidia has not optimised the vram.
