Jonsbo V3+ ITX build with Cre I7-6700 and Cryorig C1

Hello everyone

I would like to share with you guys my first mini ITX build.
The main goal was to build something that would fit in a living room under the television.
It will act mainly as a server, but sometimes I would like to use it to play some games on the big screen.

The PCPP partslist:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($295.52 @ B&H)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG C1 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus B150I PRO GAMING/WIFI/AURA Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard ($122.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 950 PRO 256GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($186.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Rosewill Legacy V3 Plus-B Mini ITX Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair SF 450W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular SFX Power Supply ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $835.47
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The motherboard, an Asus B150i Pro Gaming WIFI/AURA:

The CPU would is an Intel core I7-6700, no overclocking this build.

The memory 2x8GB DDR4, unlike the parts picker list it is DDR4-2133 but with 12 CAS latency instead of 15 CL.
v1kbDaM.jpg

The only storage drive is the Samsung 950 PRO, great speeds and no cables:

All of this together, ready for the CPU cooler:

The CPU cooler will be the amazing Cryorig C1, best cooler possible for this build I think:

Cooler mounted (plug in the PSU cables before you mount it):

Inside the beautiful jonsbo V3+, ready for the PSU:

The PSU, I used to SFX PSU to have some more room in the case. I have not heard the Corsair SF450 so far.

Adapter plate for ATX-SFX mounting:

All prepared for the final step:

Please post if you have any further questions or suggestions!

Hope you enjoy the pictures and build log.

Kind regards,
Thomas

I had a Rosewill Legacy U2 for a previous build and thought that was small, but this is small. Looks very tidy. No graphics card?

Can't you do that yourself? Right under your title should be a button that reads "Edit thread".

BTW: I'm not just here to say that. I really like the SFF builds a lot more than the mega towers, lately.

Nice to see some real SFF builds. This or the V2 would also be the case sauna of my choice if I didn't need a GPU. I've always thought this case screams for a big-a$$ side- or bottom-mounted fan.

Short GTX1060 would have been nice fit there (for example evga sc). Of course only if you need it.

There is also interesting option to install tower cooler in this case, while mounting sfx psu.
Ideally you want to have asrock motherboard with socket pushed to the edge of the motherboard, so psu and single-tower, like noctua U14S, or something smaller fits.

Here is also pic of modded top of V3 case, for better ventilation:
