What fans are your referring to?
Generally 2x 140mm fans work better than one 200mm, but it all depends on the fans involved.

@geggeg has tested and reviewed a bunch of 180 and 200 mm fans. Maybe he will give us his dime's worth of wisdom on the subject. biggrin.gif

I'd dare to say in almost all cases 200mm is going to perform worst as they have horrible static pressure to actually create any airflow inside a case.

One 200mm fan theoretically has 31415mm² of area, while two 140mm fans have 30787mm², basically the same. Since the 140mm fans have better static pressure, 2*140mm > 1*200mm fan.

I would say it's definitely worth it.
I have Enthoo Luxe and it was definitely worth. Just one PH-F140SP gave better component temps than the 200mm fan did. I have no experience with Evolv ITX, but my Evolv ATX came with 2x PH-F140SP. Everyone I know had replaced their 200mm stock fan usually with PH-F140SP fans. So yeah it's worth the change. wink.gif

Fans don't have to be PH-F140SP. There are many good 140mm fans to choose from. I would suggest setting up our case fans to be speed controlled by component temps just like CPU and GPU cooler fans are. This way case fan airflow is teamed with componet fan needs.
