Looking at it, it seems nice. Its a bit wider than the Zowie EC1-A, but length wise its actually shorter which I find interesting. Its about equal to $10 more depending on where I ordered the Zowie. Not sure what their return policy or Logitech is for that matter versus Amazons.

It is not wider than the ec1-a, it's 68 at it's widest point and the EC1 is 69 at it's widest point. It is 4mm shorter though. It's in between the EC1/2. It has Ec1 dimensions, but closer to the EC2 in length. So it will fit more hands, It's logitechs run at the Intellimouse 3.0 shape, we hope they did a great job.

Logitech's return policy is fine, I haven't had an issue at all. That was with the G900 which Is $150.

Well what I mean on return policy is if I don't like it, not necessary if it stops working. Also I am still concerned about the mouse pad. Not sure why this would cause me issues when I've been using a cloth pad like it, just smaller, this whole time.
