If you were on a military base and had this laptop you'd better make sure your barracks room is locked every single time you leave and that you have this thing strapped down with 2 or 3 or 10 Kensington locks. The likelihood that it'd get stolen - or an attempt made - is unbelievably high. That computer would be gone the instant you didn't maintain some level of security over it.

I doubt a screen that small has much if any benefit of being curved. infact one of the reason we moved from CRT to LCD so we could have flat screens. though late gen CRTs had flat screens too.

Is dual GTX 1080 necessary? If so wouldn't at least 1440p G-Sync 120hz screen be what you would be looking at, to utilise that extra power.

No sense in a curved 21" screen or dual 1080's. Give me this laptop in the same size, with desktop-tier cooling and a honking great battery and I'm sold.

I can't see a practical use for this unless someone REALLY wants a "portable high-end gaming desktop" solution, and i'd never buy it, but damn do I want it... tongue.gif

Imagine walking in to a LAN with this bad boy...it's probably more powerful than 99% of the desktops that would actually be there. Lol. lachen.gif

2560x1080...2x 1080s...wat? You might as well buy a desktop because this thing is going to have to be plugged in 24/7.

It truly is pathetic how Blizzard is acting over 21:9. They think it gives people X-ray vision or something. lachen.gif
I'm very happy I didn't pre-order it, I would have gotten shafted.

I'm looking to replace my Dell U3415W and am still considering 16:9, 144Hz + G-sync is temping. It would make life a little easier at times being on 16:9.
