I have a 4670k paired with an Asrock Z87 Extreme 4. I used The OC tweaker in the bios to set it to 4Ghz, CPU Z showed the cpu running 4Ghz @ 1.10 volts. Temps looked great about 70•c while running Realbench so I let it go. The following morning CPU Z shows the CPU back down to 3.4Ghz @ .99 volts. Thinking that maybe Intel Speedstep was the culptrit, I fired up Realbench to see if it would go back up to 4Ghz. The CPU stayed at 3.4 and did not budge.

I'm not sure what is undoing the OC as the bios settings are where I left them, and would Greatly appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction.
