Firstly sorry if this is the wrong section, wasn't sure where elseto post this.

This morning I go to turn my computer and after the motherboard screen I encounter this problem.

After waiting 3 minutes on this screen I noticed the Ipv4 changed to Ipv6. After 5minutes roughly on this screen windows starts normally and everything is working fine, I restarted my PC and it appeared again. So I have to sit on this screen for roughly 5mins just t o turn on my pc, what is causing this? I've never had this before.

Go into BIOS and turn off "Option ROM", "PXE boot", "Network boot" or something similar to it.

I wish motherboard manufacturers decide upon a single name for it.

What caused this to happen? It just started happening out of the blue.

Well, most likely because something happened to your boot order.

I've had some clients with the same issue, though most likely because I forgot to turn it off when using PXE for setting up their system. tongue.gif
