I have the samsung. While its low energy and fast response time is nice, you wont be taking full advantage of the monitor (4K). 4K is its native resolution, so when playing at 1440p, it wont look as sharp as a native 1440p monitor. The viewing angle and color reproduction cant match the BenQ.

Well why wouldn't I just use it at 4K? High settings with no AA should yield good results in 90% of games.

If 4k is your top priority, then the samsung wins. Remember though, you do sacrifice some aspects to get 4k at that price point.

Like I said, 4k isnt a priority, but it is only another $50 for it.

What would I be sacrificing?

Tn panel vs ips panel. Both have pros and cons.
