No, I don't expect PS5 before around 2020 and as always with a new generation the first year or two won't be very exiting games-wise.

PS4 Pro was a midcycle refresh. I do expect a Pro Slim at some point.

I don't think Sony is afraid of Xbox "Scorpio" just because it has slightly better specs. Sony has hands down the best exclusives and these will continue to flow.
If it wasn't for Sony's superior exclusives I'd never have bought a PS4 Pro.

Hey guys random question,

I absolutely hate using my headset mic when playing on the PS4 and have a studio mic on an arm that I have connected to USB on my PC.

The Mic has a built in Headphone (3.5mm) output for monitoring which I want to connect to the controller and use it that way.
Problem is the PS4 3.4mm input is a TRRS while the headphone out is just TRS, can anyone suggest a way to make this work?

I was considering buying something like this and have the Mic Monitor plugged into the Mic input on that adapter, and then then that adapted being plugged into the controller.

Anyone able to comment on if this would work or not? Just absolutely hellbent on not having to use the Headset mic as it's always terrible quality and hate having it in front of my face, First world problem of epic proportions haha thumb.gif

I think for 20$ it's worth testing anyway!

I don't have much time to play lately so still at the 4th area of Nioh, one or two missions away from finishing. It's been not a very exciting ride as I expected. To me I feel this game needs a lot more focus on world and boss design. Everything is so forgettable and the difficulty of the boss fights is subpar as the boss itself. Not to mention the protagonist and NPCs, man, they speak a lot but leave no impression after they quit talking.
Now I really have to roll my eyes when someone say this game is better than Bloodborne. To be honest the game feels just like Bloodborne's dungeon. Not so bad, but far from being a wow experience. And is a total turnoff compared to the game itself.
Just bought DS3 GOTY and having a hard time resisting dropping Nioh

You totally right. The only thing that they need to is keeping the Japanese developer to keep making more exclusive game for PS4. Almost all of exclusive games on this year are coming from Japan.
