R9 Fury Nitro (high ASIC)

Will Ship To: US48

After all of my searching and binning for the best Fury, once I found one, I already moved into another build. Figures! This particular Fury is the 1050mhz edition and has an ASIC of 70%+ Now this might not seem high but for a Fury it's better than over 95% of the cards produced. It runs so freaking cool and quiet! Leave it stock with a low fan profile and I have only seen the core hit 60C! This is in a case all buttoned up with one 140mm intake fan on silent. I have benchmarks that I can dig up on 3dmark of this at 1150, 1175 and I think 1200mhz. I only benched at these frequencies, never gamed so I cannot guarantee their long term stability. I can't see why 1150 is not doable 24/7 however. Regardless with a max fan speed of 60% the temps never crossed 70c. YMMV based on case and preferred acoustics.

I have proof of purchase new from the egg and this card is barely 1 week old. I understand that these can be found new around this price. You're more than welcome to play the lotto in search for one half this good. I won't be upset.

Now on to coil whine. At first it was fairly normal for a Fury. Nowhere near what the Nano's I have use have been (OMG those are whiny) but after a hour or so of benchmarking the coil whine dropped considerably. Enough that I would not be able to record the whine, I tried. So with a closed case you shouldn't hear much at all.

One last thing, this card is BIG. It does not sag too much considering it's a monster. In fact the tiny Sapphire RX 480 Nitro I am testing sags much worse and that card is light as a feather.

Priced is shipped of course.
