I can't since I don't have the product but the owner says he's using it like this for 1 month.

Well, you could take a chance and buy it. Best case is it is as advertised, worst case it doesn't overclock for crap, and what's the more likely case is that it's an average overclocker and gives you something like 4.7 Ghz @ 1.5v max or something.

True. I think I'll take the shot.

I ain't buying 4.9 GHz stable at 1.41 vcore. As the owner of two 8300's I am very skeptical.

at $97 that is a decnt deal. They go new for around $120 on ebay sometimes.

you wont notice any difference from the computer chair between 4.6GHz and 5GHz, so if you can get it to 4.6 or 4.7 below 1.4 volts, be happy! less voltage means a quieter and cooler setup. But if you get it, let her rip to 5ghz if you can for shiggles!!

EDIT if its even remotely stable at 4.9GHz at 1.41, that means you cans stuff 1.5 volts into it and be 5GHz stable most likely.

My fx4300 needs 1.55 volts at 4.6GHz to be super stable, but can load windows and browse the internet at 1.42 volts. Think about that, but keep in mind my procesor clocks HORRIBLY with voltage scaling. I need 1.65 volts to be 5GHz stable.

The 8300 is $120 at Newegg right now. The 8370 with the Wraith cooler looks like a good deal right now. It seems to be a good cooler.

There is a difference between 4.6 and 5. In modern games there is no difference, but in old single thread games and in online games the difference is there. Also, things happen a little faster on the desktop.

Your 8320 is about like my 8350 and your 8350 is about like my good 8370. My 2nd 8370 is better than your 8370 but is still a power hog. It's the silicon lottery.

Here is my luck on FX-8***.
8320 at 4.7ghz 1.475v
8320 at 4.9ghz 1.56v
8300 at 4.5ghz 1.35v (Haven't tried high. Don't have the cooling power)
So 8300 at 4.9ghz 1.41v is possible, but unlikely.
I would buy it if they show me proof on it like a screen shot under a stress for 4 hrs+.
