How much pagefile do you have enabled?

Tried both 25GB, 10GB and 0 GB as pagefile no difference
Shared mem in win 7 is 7905MB in win 10 its 8161MB

yeah... graphics cards don't have enough oomph for 5k... they struggle enough with 4k as it is. especially single card usage.

There is no shared memory between RAM and your GPU. Again, they are completely separate in your case.

The only time when RAM is even remotely shared with VRAM is when you have an onboard GPU such as integrated iGPU graphics on one of Intel's CPU's. When you have that, you decide how much RAM is taken out of your RAM pool and dedicated for VRAM towards the iGPU.

Every chip takes a bit of the bandwidth. The total bandwidth speed is the sum of all bandwidth speed from every memory modules. If you disable modules, you will lose speed (and memory).
