I'm really starting to hate how ISP's keep equating a non-physical object (a service) to something that's consumable. Bits and bytes are not some resource. They do not have a physical presence, so it's dumb to be comparing them to something tangible... The only thing that I could imagine that would be "okay" would be to maybe throttle speeds slightly during more peak hours to prevent weird congestion scenarios where one guy can download stuff at max speed but everyone else suffers.
