My god you cut DEEP into the pcb in at least 6 spots.....This is surgery not a 6 dollar hair cut.

One of the reason I just bought this vice.. Only cost $20 and I've delidded over 10-15 CPU with no problem at all, It basically paid for itself since I just charged a few friends like $5 to delid. Also work for other usage too

I just saw a larger screenshot, that top right corner does look kind of nasty... as in actually cutting into the pcb, it looks more than just a few light superficial scratches.
