Can a headphone jack on the case be fixed?

Thread Starter
I have a NZXT s340 case and I broke the headphone jack on the top of the case. I stepped on the cord that was plugged into it and I guess it just put a lot of pressure on the headphone jack. I can plug it in but it won't hold the connection. And it is really loose, like I can wiggle the connector and can feel whatever it is plugged into move around as if I broke it off the board it is soldered onto. Do they sell these pieces separately to be soldered on or can I buy another board with the connectors on there and just replace the old one?

Easiest way to find out if you can get a replacement audio board would be to email NZXT.

You can absolutely buy the headphone jack by itself, then solder it on yourself. IMO the hard part is desoldering the old one. Search for "headphone jack" on eBay, and look for one that looks the same as the old one.
