Overlclocking a Dell Optiplex 3020, is it even possible?

Can it even be done anymore? I know about the PLL method, but I don't even know where to find it on this motherboard. It is a SFF Dell optiplex 3020. It has the i3 4130 in it.

All of those PLL programs haven't been updated for a long while, so, even if you find your PLL it's very unlikely it will be listed in any of them. That's not to say they can't he made to work though. I have a Dell Optiplex 755 (Desktop version) and the PLL is not listed.
I just tried all the PLLs listed in SetFSB until I found one that worked, and so was able to obtain a mild (20%) overclock of both memory and CPU.

Be aware though that the SFF models have weaker power supplies (290 watts vs 255 watts) and less effective cooling than the Mini tower models.

You'd be a lot better off maxing out the memory to the full 8 Gigs of 1600 MHz memory if you haven't done so already, and upgrading the CPU to an I5-4590 Quad Core - 3.30 GHz instead of your i3-4130 Dual Core - 3.4GHz.
