Razer Deathadder Elite (2016) - Page 58

It's funny how Razer tries to look all scientific with their new adverts. Logitech was making them look bad. I guess Razer had to find a place where they could film their marketing videos.

haven't used yet, but this cable is 11/10

(ignoring durability and whatever)

sorry if this has been already posted somewhere, but does anyone know where the screws are?

They've used the 8ms value on their mice for several years. There are exceptions though like the Deathadder Chroma which was something around 12ms when measured recently?

Oh and correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Logitech's swag test setup cost more than this?

So like 14ms of smoothing at 16000 DPI? Did you look at lower DPI?

Decided to stop in at my local Canadian Best Buy to see if they had the DA Elite yet, they weren't even aware it exists and have no idea when they'll have it.
It would be so cool if we got products in stores or if Amazon.ca wasn't terrible, that would make returns SO much less hassle.

1. Pay for shipping 10x slower than free US shipping
2. Pay for RMA shipping 10x slower than probably free US shipping
3. Wait another week for the replacement
4. Get defective replacement and axesmiley.png yourself and repeat

No stores even have the G403 yet, and I doubt they'll have the Samsung monitor I'm planning on getting this month either.
It's nice to have a fast way to replace these products which are so likely to have issues, mice and monitors and some more....

With buttons separated from shell, if you press them further forward than switches position, the travel is awfully long, like on G303 which clicks i totally detested for high travel. Actually with non-separated buttons, travel and actuation force are both more uniform along the lenght of a button. I might make an in-detail thread on the topic someday when i have time.

Are you sure about that? The g900 travel doesn't change if you press it on the top of the switch or in the very front of the lever.

Actually i don't know much about G900, but afaik it uses some special sauce with the buttons. Can't say anything about this particular case unless i take time to research it.

Edit.: maybe my wording was wrong. I was talking about travel at pressure point during click.

Wasn't really on here for a while, so I might have missed it: does anyone know when it will be on Amazon.de? Not going to get it earlier because of returns.
