I am guessing it is Razer's spin on the 3360, soon we'll know. They would not screw up the DA but let's keep the fingers crossed justttttt in case something happens.
@Vespa in case you ask again, the Deathadder has been my main still through all the testing. So I'll run the New DA cause it is time to upgrade her, the 3.5G put in 5 years of hard work.
Things I do wonder why they didn't change
1) Front right where some have that part of the shell digging into the ring finger. If they made it a smidgen more like the mamba then more would be happy.
2) All the weight stuff going around with the offerings such as the DM1 pro , Revel, G pro, 403, even FM's offerings. All are under 90 grams. Very surprised Razer didn't lower the weight on the DA Elite.
i'll surely have it since it ships Oct 3rd. As I said before I live dumb close to the Razer shipping headquarters, so i'll have it within 10 hours of it shipping off.
I'll snatch the new pad too.
Keep us posted on what you find in the new DA (if and when it comes out) vs. the DA 3.5G. As you know, I'm trying to ween off my mouse purchase addiction
1) That portion of the RMB does flare out in a way where it can get in the way.
2) Still at approx. 105 grams? Yet no options to make it heavier or lighter.
Lastly, "Elite Edition"? There are gamers who prefer mice to be within the 85 to 95 gram range. Seems like lazy production to me. Sorta like Microsoft Office. They'll bank on their cash cow year in and year out while adding incremental improvements.
