[WC] Razer Deathadder Elite Announced! - Page 2

I don't think they've ever changed the way the Deathadder looked did they? I almost bought another after my first one's mouse wheel broke off because they used a cheap plastic pin to hold them in place and it snapped. Razer wouldn't just let me buy a wheel from them, then was thinking about just buying a new one and they apparently put a crap sensor in it.

I used to have a red one, I know they aren't gonna change the shape or anything, but maybe the color or the logo?

Maybe Im confused, I think it was a Dragon Age Origins Death Adder 2 before...

Yeah that's what it was

i've got the deathadder chroma and have had it for about a year and 3/4's, it's the most comfortable mouse i've ever used (it's the only deathadder i've ever had). To be honest couldn't think of using another type, it just fits my hand so perfectly. So would be very interested in this new mouse.

After 2 broken mambas and a broken lycosa, I will never buy a Razer product again.

I have the original in a round circle tin. not to mention every other mouse made by Razer. Nothing they make compares to the quality or match of logitech mice.

I counted close to 30 mice in my bin, last time I checked...

In Recent months I just got the new G900 that works flawlessly, next to my standby G502. Additionally, I am backing a kickstarter for the new Z-Mouse, which is close to what I am looking for. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXXNbqalKRM&index=2&list=PLibuSDi776W6Rc_KD_1Jj8F1uZlmvRTkn).

Since you guys seem to be missing it, the mouse wheel is different, there are two new buttons under the wheel, and the switches and sensor are allegedly improved.

Otherwise, it is a DA Chroma, which itself is a DA 2013 with RGB lights.

Not super complicated. I'll probably pick one up because, well, I like Deathadders.

Perhaps more interesting however is the new mousepad that they also announced. Finally a cloth pad that returns to the classy all black with a small green logo in the corner style. Performance and feel remain to be seen, but I suspect I'll have a personal review up on that shortly wink.gif

ADVERTISING is what pushes all their hardware now. Doesn't matter what's inside these mice it's all about appealing to the traditional Fanboy who still thinks Razer is the Sun that he must keep looking at until his eyeballs burn inside his stupid head.

People like that are always prone to the media and that is essentially what fuels the advertising industry 24/7 for these Garbage Companies. Usually the worst companies rely upon advertising to help shift their horrid product line because without the media pushing it, nothing would sell and the sheeple look elsewhere to spend their money.

Razer is essentially now no more than a clearing house for future junk that is destined for Land Fills around the Globe.

Wake up sunshine, they're using the very same scroll-wheel as the Diamondback and Mamba Tournament Edition.

Surprise, surprise, they also happen to share a 16000dpi sensor doh.gif .
