You need to change the title and read the rules for posting news, GDDR6 is for volta in 2018.

No Ti rumors? Bleh

They're probably talking Q2-3 17. A new 1070Ti with DDR5X and higher clock, beating/matching the 1080 at $500 to counter Vega in price/perf?

Except his title is nowhere close to the original. Not complaining about the rumor.

The news section rules state the article title has to be used not a made up one.
Quote:
Use a VERY descriptive title, same as the article's if possible. If the title is literally too long to fit in the proper field of the thread when posting it, then you are free to truncate it to something as close as possible to the original. We simply ask that you do not make up your own title if it can be helped as this is often done to add a side to the story that only the posting member intended, not the article's author (else the source site's editorial staff would have done that for you)
http://www.overclock.net/t/1511867/consolidated-news-category-guidelines/0_100

The article title is
NVIDIA Rumored To Release Pascal Refresh With GDDR5X and Faster Clocks – Volta To Feature HBM2 and GDDR6 Support, 16 GB Standard Capacity.

Nowhere in the title or article does it say GDDR6 for pascal refresh.

Even higher memory clock speed. Will there even be a noticeable difference in usage?
