Razer Gigantus Cloth pad - Page 35

How does this mouse pad compare to a G-SR? And will it become completely flat (without creases in it)?

So does this have the Goliathus Speed surface? So basically you could get a black goliathus speed with this.

No, the surface feels like the black G-SR without the insane static friction.

Nope, and funnily enough that is pretty much the only thing everyone asked for a black goliathus speed in a larger size.....

Anyway the surface feels pretty neutral (not coated) and it's quite large, I'd describe it as a medium speed cloth pad - slower than the QCK Heavy. It's decent but I didn't prefer it over the heavy

Does anyone have any good method of removing the glue residue underneath the logo? I picked my logo off with tweezers when I got it and in some areas not all the glue residue has come off. I really like the look of all black and hate the creamy coloured residue left on there. Have tried scraping it off with tweezers but doesnt work.

I'm not sure if cloth likes it, but I used for removing the left over glue or w/e the sticky thing is on mouse feet... with some turpentine oil and it did miracles. Personally I just left the logo there and turned my mousepad so the logo is on top right, since I don't usually use that part often as I keep my mouse pretty much in the middle.

By the way, that's what my Gigantus (black edition, stitched, black logo) is doing:

Vs Goliathus v2:

Does this mean I've come across a fake one? Because I'd come across that issue once with some cheap replica of Razer Mantis, though it was more noticeable.

Oh, and the sensor is Roccat's 3360.

Hey,

is here anyone who owned both gigantus versions - the stitched edges and the team razer (non stiitched) one and could tell me if theres any difference in glide? Like does the team razer have less initial friction? I have also heared that the team razer edition has a more uncoated / raw surface compared to the standard one. similar to QCK surface.

I like the gigantus in general, but the only thing that really bugs and ****s up my aim is the high initial friction, compared to a QCK for example.

Why dont you change mousefeet, it change glide as much a different pad. I have not both Gigantus, but i have SS QCK heave & Razer Gigantus, the QCK heavy is a bit faster (little less friction)
