I need help with OC my Cpu.
Cpu: AMD Phenom x4 840 BE
GPU: Ati Radeon 5700 HD

What applications do you want to improve? Why do you want to overclock?

You need to learn as much as you can on your own first. Then come ask more specific questions here thumb.gif

I just want more fps in DOta2 and CS:gGO thats all. Thanx for help anyway dude im gonna look at that.

Your processor without an overclock should run those games fine. I think your graphics card is what needs to improve.

Do you have latest Catalyst Control center and latest drivers installed?

Also, download and install HWiNFO64 from here and run it in sensors only:
https://www.hwinfo.com/files/hw64_536.exe

HWiNFO64 will be able to tell you if it's your CPU or GPU that is slowing you down.

Edit: If you already have HWiNFO64 installed, run it an play some games. Is your graphics maximum utilization 100%? If it is then there's a good chance your graphics card is your bottleneck.

Before you buy anything lets do more investigating.

It looks like you've already OCed your CPU a little, right?

Right, it is alrdy OCED from MOBO Overclock Profile (10%) as i said in first topic. I dind change anything in that settings. (btw sorry for my english smile.gif )
