Monitor Extreme Flashing - NEED HELP!

I'm really hoping someone here will be able to point me in the right direction.
Here are the basics on my hardware:
+ Intel i7 4790K, not overclocked
+ 16 GB DDR3 RAM
+ Asus Z97-K Motherboard
+ AMD Radeon R7 200 Graphics Card
+ Monitor Benq BL3201 - 32" 4K
+ Monitor Resolution 3840x2160 60Hz via Displayport cable
+ OS is Windows 10 64 bit

Ever since Windows decided to update itself to some "Anniversary Update" I've been having this problem on and off. The monitor decides to go crazy and flicker and flash uncontrollably.
I've check my display drivers and according to the AMD Driver ID tool, I'm up to date.

Here's a video showing my problem:

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?????????

Thanks,
Dave

Try lowering the resolution to 2560x1440 and see if that fixes it.
Wasn't there a problem at one point with 4k monitors and AMD video cards?
What happens if you unplug the monitor from the wall and then plug it back in after a minute?

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Windows did an automatic update last night and so far the problem seems to have disappeared.

Before the Windows update, I tried removing the display port cord and using the HDMI ports instead, the problem was still present, which suggests it's not a bad cord issue and likely not a monitor issue, so maybe the GPU is on the fritz as you say.

If I end up needing a new video card - does anyone have any suggestions? I need 4k output and is used primarily for Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop, I need ability to run dual monitors. The two Adobe applications don't need a lot of GPU processing power, as they mainly rely on the processor and RAM.

Here's what I have now, it's only 1 year old!

What would be a decent suggestion?

Ahh good to know, did this patch help your situation?
I think I'm going to leave it alone until or if it starts acting up again. So far, after the Windows update last night, the problem seems to have disappeared.

What exactly does this patch do, do you know?

Flyboy, this patcher removes hard limits coded into the graphics driver. For those who run high refresh rate monitors (1440p@120hz+) or high resolution (2160p@60hz+) over certain interfaces, the graphics driver will generally follow industry standards and limit your bandwidth over such interface. I personally run an overclock on my monitor and with the anniversary update, the driver got all messed up. I had to use the NEW AMD driver patcher which was designed for the anniversary update to fix the situation. I'm glad things are working for you now.^^
